How it’s played
Pairs stay the same for the whole tournament. It’s a single round-robin: every pair plays every other pair.
Pairings
You choose the pairs when you add the players; if you don’t, they’re made in list order (1st with 2nd, 3rd with 4th, and so on). Each round matches pairs that haven’t met yet.
Sit-outs
With more pairs than fit on court (or an odd number), the extra ones sit out in turns until every pair has played every other.
Scoring
Sets by default: the first pair to reach 6 games wins. You can also play timed or to a fixed total.
When to use it
Pairs who come together and want to play every other pair: a round-robin where partners never change.
