By using Scorium you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy at https://scorium.app/privacy. If you do not agree, please do not use Scorium.

Scorium is a tournament organiser: it sets up formats such as Americano and Mexicano, keeps score, runs the round timer, shows standings and can share them live.

Scorium is not:

• Court booking or a booking marketplace.
• A federation, a permanent ranking or a ladder.
• A guarantee that scores, fair rotations or club outcomes are correct.

You must be old enough to use online services under the law where you live. Organisers are expected to be adults. Scorium is not meant for children.

Scorium has no accounts. Tournaments live on your device; live rooms are stored on our server and can be seen by anyone who has the room code, as the Privacy Policy explains.

You agree not to:

• Abuse live rooms or their keys.
• Put illegal, abusive or misleading content in player, club or tournament names.
• Disrupt other people’s sessions, scrape personal data from rooms or try to get around the limits of the service.

You (or your club) enter player names, the club name and logo, and tournament names. You are responsible for that content and for having the right to share other people’s names. When you publish a live room you give us a limited licence to store and show that content only to run the service, for as long as the room exists.

• A room is removed automatically about 7 days after its last update.
• Only the organiser’s device, with its key, can change the room.
• Anyone with the code can see it: treat it as private.
• Watch links can carry names inside them, so share them with care.

The Scorium brand, design and software belong to us or to our licensors. You keep your rights in the names and logos you enter, subject to the licence above when you publish them.

Scorium is a utility for organising sport. We are not responsible for disputes between players or clubs, injuries, wrong scores, missed alarms or decisions made on court. Please double-check what matters. Nothing here limits responsibility that the law does not allow to be limited.

Scorium is provided “as is”. It works offline for local tournaments; live rooms need a connection and our server to be available. Features may change or go away without notice.

Scorium is free to use and has no paid features, in-app purchases or checkout.

How we handle personal data is explained in https://scorium.app/privacy.

You can stop using Scorium and delete your local data at any time. We may remove a live room or block misuse that harms other people or the service.

These Terms do not take away any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law where you live.
